not much new...pissy that dubya won again, of course. I just dont see what anyone sees in him. Cousin and i are planning a carpool to Canada to pick up our parents medications, if anyone is interested in joining us (its at the 'sarcastic' stage now, but it could be reality within the next couple of years)
I havent knitted anything in awhile, but a friend has reported that a new baby is on the way(i'm not sure who she's told, so i'm not saying who. hell, nobodys reading anyway...lol), so another blankie will be in order. i'm taking needlefinger's knitting class this spring so i can learn some new stuff. i want to learn how to knit in a circle (i hear its not hard) so i can make some hats. hats seem easier than blankies...yes, i'm lazy.
meh...now that i'm finally posting again, i'm not much in the mood to chatter. i think i'll just post some pics of Chubsey. She is off the growth charts...at 4 monthes old she weighed 19 lbs and was 26 inches long, and that was a few weeks ago. Shes chunky and fantastic (words which usually get morphed into the singular 'chunktastic') Someday i'll have to stop calling her Chubsey, but not yet!
I wish i got to see her more...maybe when the grant is over i'll move back north somewhere. Since my current home county and those surrounding universally voted for Alan Keyes over Barack Obama, I've decided that I really dont want to stay here any longer than I have to.
