its pretty outside but tres windy, so its just another excuse for me to spend the day at the computer and not out being outdoorsey. anyway, i'm so pasty that my skin would burst into flame if i went out in the sun. its going to be a long summer....
i got one set of grading done for my ppt class, but i havent answered any emails yet and i still need to grade another assignment. however, i'm trying to be more understanding, as my good friend terri reminded me that learning new software is challenging. terri is a much better person than i, but i aspire to grow up to be like her someday.
there was some excitement in the area friday...there was a bomb threat called in to local schools. not one specific school, just any of 'em in that particular district. one school let their kids go, another evacuated, searched the building, then sent the kiddies back to class, and the last school? well, they put their kids on lockdown, so they were all stuck in their homeroom (or whereever) all day. drama!
