Halloween was too fun! I usually hide in the house and eat all the candy I bought for Trick or Treaters, but this year I hauled it over to Needlefingers and Pilot's house to 'help' pass out candy (help= sat on heinie and ate pizza and candy all while being very loud and laughing with my hee-haw braying laugh. I think I'm getting louder and more insane as I get older. Beltone and Prozac, anyone?)

Finished the K2 P2 scarf. Its actually from the Stitch and Bitch book and its real name is quite classy: Ribbed For Her Pleasure. heh! I love it though, and I'm keeping it. i kind of want to make another one of some snobbier yarn in a nice oatmeal-y color.

Poor Curly Sue got bit by a creepy crawly and has a big fat nasty sore on her leg. Reports indicate she's been kind of uncomfortable, but in pretty good spirits considering. I might have to go visit her tomorrow. I wish she was bigger, and I'd sneak her chocolate. Chocolate helps cure stuff.

Our yarn trip is coming together. Needlefingers thinks she's found another new yarn shop! Why do I feel like I'm going to buy an embarrasing amount of stuff this weekend?

Hey, I now wanna make the scarf. Will this ever end?

Trust me, you will not be alone in your yarn purchasing frenzy. I feel a trunk full coming on. Shhhhh, don't tell Cynical.

I just started knitting the crazy thing out of boredom and the urge to do something non-blankie. Its cool because its not really wide, but its very cozy and warm.

Lets steal a bunch of Red Heart Super Saver labels, and we'll put them around the yarn you buy. Cynical will never be the wiser! muahahaha!

Trust me, he won't know Red Heart from what I pick out. I think I am safe on this one!

Are you gonna attempt the Windy City Scarf? I wanna make that one.

I think I do want to try the windy city scarf, too. I also want to make the umbilical cord hat, so maybe needlefingers can give us lessons on it tomorrow. I can get the round part of the hat done, but i just cant seem to 'decrease' right.

How funny! I so wanna make that hat too! I want it in yellow for my little red-headed niece. I can't knit in the round or decrease, so I am outta luck.
