Return to the Land of the Children
I went to class last night, and by the time I got there I was actually excited to be back at school. Yes the drive makes me weary, but its so nice to be in a classroom setting. Its fun to be learning new things and hearing different ideas. And I just love my little classmates. They're all so young and they're still actually kind of excited about life, as opposed to being all nasty and bitter. Its refreshing for a change. I was happy to see them, and most of them gave me a hug which was wonderful and made me feel like they were glad to see me again. I'm sad that I won't graduate with them though...they're going to graduate in May O7. When do I graduate? I have no earthly idea. This is just a random picture of a friend's basket full of basset hound puppies. The pups are older now and have been shipped off to their buyers, but what is as cute as a basket of puppies?

One more class tonight and then I'm school free until next Tuesday! (Monday is a holiday. Thank you, MLK!) Tomorrow I'm going to my favorite college, and perhaps I'll try to stay there most of the rest of the week. I should be a big girl and go to my college that is more challenging, but I just can't do it yet. I'll go next week.
The afghan isn't any bigger. Poor thing has been a little neglected, and its not going to get better now that school has started. Maybe I can do a few more rows and post a pic later this week.

It doesn't get any better than a basket full of puppies.
Good to hear your excited about being back in class. The drive would get a little old, but just think of the great books on tape you can crank out during those hours.
Darnit those pups are cute.
Glad you are excited to be back. Did you get new school supplies? That's my favorite part of schooling.
